License Code
Q1. When will I receive the license code after purchasing the software?
You will receive an email from us within 30 minutes after purchasing. Detailed order information and activation code will be provided in the email. If you can't receive the email from us within 24 hours, please contact our support team via email.
Q2. What to do if I don't receive the license code after purchasing the software?
Firstly, after your payment is complete, you will receive an email that includes your order information and license code. If you don't receive an email from us, please check if you have entered the correct email address to purchase the software.
Secondly, you can check the spam folder in your email.
Q3. What should I do if the license code fails to be activated?
Please check if you've entered the correct email address that you used to purchase the software. Then make sure the software has been upgraded to the latest version. If the error still exists, please contact our support team via email.
Q4. Can I use the license code on multiple devices?
If you purchase a family plan, you will be able to use the license code on 2-5 PCs. However, if you purchase a single plan, you can only use the license code on one PC.
Q5. Can I transfer the license code from the old computer to the new computer?
No. If the license code has been activated, it can't be transferred from one PC to another.
Q6. Will the downloaded videos disappear if my subscription expires?
No. All downloaded videos will not disappear. They will be stored on your device permanently.
General Problem
Q1. Why can't I find the subtitle language I want?
FlixHunter supports downloading subtitles of all languages provided by original files. Please check if the video you want to download owns the language you want.
Q2. Which output format is recommended?
It depends. FlixHunter supports MP4, MKV and MOV output formats.
MP4 has the highest compatibility, especially on mobile devices, but the video quality may not be as good as MKV.
MKV has better video quality, but it has a larger file size and slightly less compatibility.
MOV is usually defined as a QuickTime player format that is highly compatible on MAC devices and has better image quality.
Therefore, you can choose anyone of them based on your needs.
Q3. How can I speed up the downloads?
There are many factors that affect the conversion speed:
- The length and size of the source file.
- Output resolution settings.
- Computer configuration, and network connection.
Here are some tips to help you speed up the conversion:
- Run as few programs on the computer as possible during the conversion.
- Make sure to have the stable network connection.
- The higher resolution of the output video, the longer the conversion time. If you want to speed up the conversion, you can select a lower resolution (For example if you only want to watch videos on mobile, the video quality it requires will be relatively lower.) but your video quality may be influenced.

- URL of the video that you want to download.
Q2.What should I do if the audio and video files are not synchronized after downloading?
Please make sure FlixHunter has been upgraded to the latest version. If it still can't work well, please contact us and our technical support team will offer professional assistance to you.
